Voith is not as fast and efficient on their job as we would have liked, but they are moving forward.
Voith is not as fast and efficient on their job as would like to, but they are moving forward.

Are both the sentences correct and do they convey the same meaning?

Is Voith a single person?

"on their job" suggests that it is a person carrying out a job. I would omit that completely. I would use the singular for a company.

Voith is not as fast and efficient as we would like but it is moving forward.

Can we write as following:

Voith is not as fast and efficient as we would liked to but it is moving forward.

I want to understand can we use third person of verb with "would".

That is completely wrong. You have already been shown correct ways to write this.

Voith is not as fast and efficient as we would like to but it is moving forward.

I want to understand why can't we use "to" after 'like"?

"To" doesn't belong there. Why do you think it does?

"To" doesn't belong there. Why do you think it does?

I read somewhere the following sentence:

We would like to meet Ram.

So I just thought I can use "to: also in above sentence.

I think it is correct to say 'Voith is not as fast and efficient as we would like it to be', where the red part can be omitted.
