May I know should be wake up or wakes up. Thank you.

Use "wakes".

Do you understand how to construct the present tense, third person singular form of a verb?

Hello, Mac:

As the teacher told us, you need to use "wakes."

May I respectfully remind you that if you wish to speak (and write) standard English, you need to use the "s" in the present tense when you are referring to a singular subject in a sentence IF it is not a question or a negative sentence.

1. The noise wakes up Jane every day at 6 a.m.

2. Does the noise wake up Jane every day at 6 a.m.? (That's a question.)

3. The noise does not wake up Jane every day at 6 a.m. (That's the negative.)

Here are three sentences that I have made up. Please fill in the correct form of "eat" in the present tense:

4. The student ____ her lunch in the cafeteria.
5. Does the student ____ her lunch in the cafeteria?
6. The student does not _____ her lunch in the cafeteria.

I am sure that you know the correct form for those sentences.
