Hello.

'Watch yourself' is a colloquial expression. Would the expression 'attend to your affairs' be the formal variant of 'watch yourself'?

Thank you.

No. They don't mean the same thing at all. "Watch yourself" is more like a warning, meaning "Be careful with your behaviour" or simply "Be careful" in a dangerous situation.

Emsr2d2, then what does 'attend to your affairs' mean?
I need the expression in English which shows that you mind your own affairs (business), do not judge other people but yourself...
Thank you in advance.

That link does not deal with "attend to your affairs", Matthew.

"Attend to your affairs" means specifically to deal with personal business. It might involve dealing with your financial matters or personal matters.

"Mind your own business" is what you say to someone when you want them to stop meddling in things that have nothing to do with them.
