It confuses me a little bit as I hear kinda "we are not going to have" (at 02:23 [
]) while the orginal subtitles just suggest "we're not gonna have" For me, the marker is "to", which is pronounced like /tə/. There is a sort of audible subtle pause between "to" and "have" which lets me catch "to" and "have". Can I have your comment on this?
 
He says exactly what the subtitles say. "We're not gonna have to walk this way the entire time, are we?" The "to" of "to walk" is pronounced more like "tuh" (sorry, I don't do phonetic symbols, but I think that's what your "/tə/" might mean.

No one says "to have" at any point.
