Tangent: Of course, we can have Here is a knife with which to cut the bread. In infinitival relative clauses, the deleted complementizer (when it is not present) is for, not that. We see the complementizer when the infinitival relative has an overt subject: Here is a knife for Phaedrus to cut the bread with.
