Can we schedule a quick call tomorrow at 11 AM to the loan agreement?

Can we use "for' instead of "to" in the above sentence?

In my variety "on" works as well as "about".

Neither preposition works for me. I'd use about.
Why "for" doesn't work here. Pls help me to understand.

"For" may be okay in the Indian variety of English, but it sounds odd elsewhere. As far as I know, there are no rules for which preposition to use with various nouns. It's just something learners have to memorize.

Why doesn't "for" doesn't work here? Pls Please help me to understand.

Note the correct way to formulate a question. Remember to use a question mark at the end of a question.
Don't use chatlish/textspeak on the forum - "Pls" doesn't exist. The word is "please"

It doesn't work because it's not what (we think) you mean. We think you mean 'about'.

To make sure we're right, tell us what you imagine the content of the call to be.

The content of the call is to discuss the draft loan agreement to finalise it.

I wouldn't use "to understand" there. In fact, I wouldn't consider it impolite to simply ask the question.
