In a recording at 11:55 the scrolling subtitles are "We should do something manly to make up for it". However I hear a little bit another text. Especially, I do not hear "to" between "manly" and "make up". Can you please check this. Thank you.

The word probably is very rushed and the to is barely there, if at all.

After your helpful clarification, I can hear "something" as "some" -"ing" is not being detected. "To" is not detected even at a very slow speed.

It's not really some, you can hear it more like some'. It's similar to a glottal stop.
"To" is not detected even at a very slow speed.
It's not to me either. I think it was not supposed to be there, it was rather:

We should probably do something manly, make up for it. (=We should probably do something manly, [we should] make up for it.)

"Do something manly"
and "make up for it" are kind of in apposition, they express the same idea.
