Hello All,
I still confused on choosing the accurate tense.
Why on the attached image, we use 'we have enrolled' instead of ' we enrolled' ?
I think the act of enrollment was done, and there is no need to use 'present perfect'
Thanks for your help.

I am not a teacher.

You would use the simple past if the enrolment had no connection to the present, but that isn't the case here.

They have enrolled in a language school, but they haven't gone there yet.

If they had done the same thing a year earlier they could say "We enrolled in a language school and spent two weeks in Paris."

But why the result is important to him?
The important result is that he can't be going with his family.
But you should say "We enrolled in a language school yesterday", because "yesterday" denotes it is in the past.

Not a teacher.

No, I meant what is the important result of ' we have enrollment' . I think you misunderstood.

We have enrolled, so we have to go there, such is the important result.

Not a teacher.

In this case I would say, "We enrolled and started our class yesterday."
