I thought I remember reading that in the UK, weathers can be plural.

We've been having all types of weathers lately. (First it snowed, then it was unseasonably warm, now we have to go find an ark because it won't stop raining, etc.) (Actually, that describes my weather in March, but that's just coincidence.)

We would never say that in the US, but could a native UK speaker please let me know about this? (Ray, I'd welcome your Aussie use as well.)

UK native here! I have never heard/used weathers before. I would say, for your example "We've been having all kinds/types of weather lately".
