Wedding vow - I will or I do?

Which answer for wedding vow is better? What is the difference between them?
 
The question posed in the vows (as commonly worded) is "do you?"

So the proper answer is "I do."
 
In some versions, the question is worded 'Wilt thou ...?' (= 'Will you ...?'. Then, the answer is "I will".
