No. It's a noun – equivalent to 'success'.

You don't need to ask tricky questions about word class that most of us can't answer properly. You do not need to know whether the word well is an adjective or adverb or whatever. You need to understand three things only: the structure, the meaning, and the pronunciation.

Structure: to wish somebody well [in something]

Meaning: In this case, I think you can understand the meaning quite easily from the context, right?
