I would like to know if the following sentences are well used with the same meaning of what´s your English level:

What´s your English proficiency?
What´s your proficiency in English?
What´s your proficiency at English?

They all make sense. I like the first best and the second second-best. The third isn't as natural.

Also:

- How's your English proficiency?

- How proficient are you in English?

What kind of answer do you want? B1, B2, C1, etc.? Or beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc.?

If any of these levels are what you're referring to, you should use level instead of proficiency. If you really do want to use proficiency, then I'd suggest this:

What's your level of proficiency in English?

Mind you, it works better as a question asked of someone else.
