My colleague had a customer, they wrote to discuss some business, and she didn’t understand the sentence posted above, she just came to me and asked me the meaning of the sentence. I didn’t know the context. Now it’s clear: she told me the customer was in fact asking her to deliver the goods by air. But why? We are both confused by the expression.

I wonder if "pi" was supposed to have been capitalised and that "P.I." means something in some sort of jargon that meant something to the writer.

The customer wrote: “Please tell the fright amount also ... delivery to Foshan lecong freight cost including your PI”

If that's right, it should have been capitalised.
