What do you call inflamed spot on the skin?

This is not a joke thread. When you sit on the chair too long, sometimes there is an inflamed spot on your butt, it hurts when you touch it. What do you call this in English?

I agree with bhaisahab, although pressure sores are usually associated with people who are confined to bed for long periods (due to illness or disability).

Neither rashes nor pimples are caused by sitting on a chair for too long. They work for inflamed small red areas on the skin from other causes though.
