What is the grammatically correct question:

What do you only need?
What do you need only?

Thanks

... and tell us in what context you want to ask that question..

I would like to ask the person to specify the things he actually needs

I would like to ask the person to specify the things he actually needs.
What do you need exactly?

Exactly what do you need?

What do you really need?

What do you actually need?

Talab1234, I feel you may not have expressed to us what you mean. Why do you use only? Are you asking the person to tell you only the things they need and not the things they don't need?

What do you need exactly?

Exactly what do you need?

What do you really need?

What do you actually need?

'''and/or "what do you need at a minimum?", "what is the minimum that you need?". Context would help to choose.
