90s' music VS. 90's music VS. '90s music or something else

I think that 90s means 1990s and it is a plural so it should be like 90s' music or '90s music.

And 90's means 1990's and it is 1990, and it is a singular, which means it is just one year.

What do you think about 90s' music or What do you think about '90s music is okay but What do you think about 90's music is not okay or just means only music of the year 1990.

It would be unusual for us to refer to 1990 as just "90". If we wanted to ask about that single year, we'd say "What do think of the music from 1990?"
