Could you please tell the meaning of that " You skanked" I guess it's slang...

Which word, "you" or "skanked"? If you mean "skanked", I've never come across it.

Finally, I asked the person who sent me that, and the answer was " it means you left me".

Now, it makes sense as we had a night out together and then I sent a text to this person asking " are you at home ?"
