What verb or phrase do you use
There was again an argument between them but Jane was tired of having the same thing every day so she decided to ....................... although she was quite sure she was right.

There are a few possibilities.

She decided to concede.
She decided to give in.
She decided to cave in.
She decided to give up.
She decided to shut up.
She decided to clam up.
She decided to kill him (!)

But I really liked the last alternative. :-D

I'm fond of capitulate.

She could also stand down, or even acquiesce.

Then there's coalesce or compromise, depending on the context. And depending on her resiliency, she could also bide her time.
