Attention soccer fans tickets for the soccer tournament at the London Olympics go on sale tomorrow in London before noon local time.

What is "attention soccer fans tickets?"

I guess, there should be a "!" or a "," after attention. It doesn't mean that these tickets are called "attention soccer fan tickets" :)

If that's the case, do you mean the sentence should be like this? "Attention, soccer fans: Tickets..."

Yes.

Attention, soccer fans! Tickets for...

That makes sence. You want to have the soccer fan's attention. Then the information about the tickets.
