[Idiom] what is the meaning of "agree with"?

Angela: Hi, Joey.

Joey: My god, Angela.

(Angela takes a seat at the counter.)
Monica: Wow, being dumped by you obviously agrees with her.

does that mean "changes"?

like after being dumped by Joey, Angela looks good...

In this case, it means "is beneficial to her".
"You look very well since you started work at the brickworks. Hard work must agree with you."
"I can't eat spinach. It doesn't agree with me" (It makes me feel sick).
