I don't know the idiom, but it means "noisy" a "henyard" or "chicken coop" is very noisy, because it's the nature of hens to make a lot of noise.

I haven't known of "Henyard", however, as bhaisahab said earlier, the idiom must certainly imply that the stuff is very noisy and I daresay it might be a mess in that I've been used to hearing the word "cacophony" in messy situations. Some context could shuffle the cards though, so TBC.
