What is the opposite of "The ban is going to be imposed on/upon him"?

The ban is going to be lifted off him
The ban is going to be lifted from him.
The ban is going to be removed off him.
The ban is going to be removed from him.

I'd use #2.

Of the 4, 2 is the least unnatural. However, I would use something like "The ban against him is going to be lifted".
