I want to know how can I ask the question "What are the signs of the summer?" naturally in English.

How about "What tells us summer has come?". The possible context is in a class teaching kids English about seasons.

I think your original is better. The calendar tells me that summer has come. The news media tell me.

"What are the signs that summer has come/is coming?" is natural.

It varies from one locale to another. In Dixieland, for example, rednecks out in their wife-beaters are a sure sign that summer has begun.šŸ˜€

What changes do we see in summer?

That's not a sentence I would use to signal the start of summer.

What do we see as we go into summer?

Are these three new sentences better?

1) How do we know summer is here?
2) How do we know it’s summer?
3) What are some signs that summer is here?
