What those that mean in this tense ?

Hello !

I have 2 questions.

Number 1. What those this word mean? "wound up" - I've been searching it a lot and I still don't understand it.

As for wound up, it's a verb phrase, and its meaning depends on context.
 
Wound up=ended up.

The phrasal verb "wound up" has several meanings ranging from "being nervous" to "a company having to close down business". Check it in a dictionary.

There are several ways "wound up" can be used. (Ted noted one of them.)

Search a dictionary for wind up. (wound up is the past form.)
