Which one is better?Could you please correct them?

  1. What time do you get off?
  2. What time do you work till/until?
  3. What time are you out?
  4. what time do you leave the work/office?

I suggest using one of these two:

What time do you finish (work)?
What time do you get off?

The first is probably better, as it doesn't assume that the listener will understand this sense of get off.

What time are you out?
Thanks teachers for your helps. I was wondering if the sentence above is correct as Americans use that most of the time in an office I work with.

It's new to me.

What time do you go off shift?
What time are you let off?

All of the above are also possible. The last is rare, but I've heard it. "When" for "what time" also works.

So, I must have misunderstood. As sometimes they speak too fast to understand them

What time are you let off?
Oh! Here is the thing: This must be the one I have heard a lot and I must haven't heard "let"! That's why I said "What time are you out"? Because I am sure that they use "are" and I was wondering what sentence they were using :-o

Isn't it let out? I couldn't find any equivalent meaning of let off related to leaving work.

Both "let off" and "let out" are possible. Both phrases mean being allowed to leave, not necessarily from work.
