I would not share what you have written to me (or information you provided) with others/transferred to anyone else unless you agreed to it.
I would not share what you have written to me (or information you provided) with others/ transferred to anyone else without prior consent.

How do I write or compose those statements in a natural English, please?

I'm not entirely clear what you're trying to say but "I will not share what you told me/the information you provided without your consent".

It is OK now, ems. Thank you. Wouldn't would and will be interchangeable in that context, please?

If you are promising someone that you will or won't do something, I prefer "will" or "won't". If you want to use "would", you could say something like "If you didn't give your consent, I wouldn't share your information".

I would use either "will" or "would" in that sentence.
