[Grammar] What's wrong with this sentence?

What's wrong with the following sentence?
"Who is your mother? She is a teacher."

Please kindly advise. Thanks!!

"She is a teacher" would be an answer to a question like "What does your mother do?" If someone says "Who is your mother?" I think they would expect you to say your mother's name.

If someone says "Who is your mother?" I think they would expect you to say your mother's name.

Is it possible that they would expect the OP to point at her and/or describe her appearance if she is among a group of people there?
