I want to describe the menu of a restaurant that serves a variety of different foods. Can I use "melting pot"?

Do these work?

1. I like this restaurant. Their menu has a melting pot of foods from different parts of the world.

2. I like this restaurant. They serve a melting pot of foods from different parts of the world.

3. I like this restaurant. There's a melting pot of different foods on their menu.

If that doesn't work, how can I fix it?

The term "melting pot" suggests that they mix all that food together. Instead, they have various kinds of cuisine. Perhaps:

I like this restaurant. They have dishes from all over the world.
