1. "When is this store open?" "From 10 to 7."
2. "How long is this store open?" "From 10 to 7."

If both are unnatural to you native speakers, would you let me know the alternative expression(s)?

I am British so would generally use 'shop' (although 'store' is creeping into BrEng and we do use it for certain kinds of shop, eg 'department store'). Anyway, here's what I might say (text in square brackets is optional):

-What are the [shop's] opening hours?
-What are the shop's [opening] hours?
-What hours is the shop open?

"How long is the shop open for?" is something I might ask if I want to know when it's closing. Say it's around 4pm and the shop shuts at 5pm:

-How long is the shop open for?
-[For] about another hour.

OR

-When does the shop close?
-At 5.
