There is a dialogue between two friends that I doubt if it is grammatically correct. Here it is:

John: Hey, Tom, I have joined a site where you can talk to different people and get a chance to win an IPhone. Would you like to join?

Tom: Where are those people from who are there?

Is Tom's sentence grammatically correct?

Is Tom's sentence grammatically correct? Your original wasn't.

Aren't brand names capitalized whether they are written at the beginning, in the middle or at the end of a sentence?

The Apple iPhone is capitalised thus. [click]

Usually, yes. However, the Apple products in question all start with a small "i".
