Is the usage of “which I can find” here correct?

I think the reason you haven't received any answers yet is that we're not really sure what you're trying to say. My best guesses are "This is the file [that] I found on the server" and "Please find attached the file [that] I found on the server".
 
I want to say that this is the only thing I was able to find. Is “which I can find” grammatically wrong?
 
You need the past tense because, as you said yourself, it's "the only thing I was able to find". You've almost answered your own question. Say "This is the only file I could find on the server" and "Please find attached the only file I could find on the server".
