WHICH IS THE CORRECT FORM?

it is being used for many diseases.


These are two sentences . one is in passive. are they grammaticality correct? do they convey same meaning?

Er ... no. How could they when there is different information in them?

They are both passive sentences. The active sentences would be:
"People have been using this in medications for many years."
"People (doctors, etc) use it for many diseases."

I have one more doubt.

you corrected the first sentence as, 'it has been used'

but, in another sentence like," I have been working here for the past three years." it is ing form (WORKING) is used after 'have been".

but, above , we used past tense (USED) after 'has been'

what is the difference in these two sentences? I mean, the grammar part.

I understood from your answer is, if we use the ing form after have been or has been , it is active voice. right? but there should be a subject. yes?

If you have a present perfect progressive passive, it is a strange form:
It has been being used.

Normally, we avoid been being or be being and either use the active or the simple form
People have been using it.
It has been used.
