Which of the following sentences is correct?

1. Whom do you take orders from?
2. Who do you take orders from?
 
Which of the following sentences is correct?

1. Whom do you take orders from?
2. Who do you take orders from?

The word "whom" is used after a preposition so only sentence 2 is correct. If you wanted to use "whom" you would say:

From whom do you take orders?
