I doubt about using the following statements that which of them are correct ?
I was wondering if you'd mind helping me as soon as possible because I want to use it in my paper


1. Have always been in the center of attention
2. Have always been at the center of attention

2. Have always been at the center of attention

Neither is a sentence as there is no subject or final punctuation mark.

This is an example of a grammatically correct statement:

I have always been the center of attention.
