a) That's all for now.
b) That will be all.

If it's a personal letter, you could use a). I wouldn't use b) to end any letter.

Yes. That's a personal letter. Is option 'b' more formal?

No. We just don't normally use it to end any kind of letter. I would expect to hear it from someone in charge ending a meeting.
