Which one is more accepted? Schools Chess Association or Schools' Chess Association?

If you're talking about the title of an association, I would expect it to be the "School Chess Association". If you're talking about the association of just one school, then it's the "school chess association" or the "school's chess association".

Im talking about the Association of the all island schools.

Then I would expect it to be called "[Name of island/group of islands] School Chess Association".

Since there are many schools in the island, shouldn't it be in plural form? like " Schools Chess Association"
Eg - Such Association in a country like Sri Lanka - It should be "Sri Lanka Schools Chess Association"
Is it correct?

I would use Sri Lanka School Chess Association or School Chess Association of Sri Lanka. It doesn't matter that there are many schools- there's no need for it to be plural here.

As you can see from the Google hits, there is no consistency. Some choose "School Chess Association" and some use "Schools Chess Association".
