Here, "make us disappear", at the end of your sentence, can clarify the meaning of "to get rid of".
"To get ride of" means "to throw out", "to terminate", "to put an end to", etc. Depending on the context it even can mean "to kill".

Well, the whole sentence is confusing, but just ' to get rid of ' means 'to remove' or 'dispose of' generally, but in this case it might mean: You don't need them anymore and you wanna get rid of them, you want to make them disappear.

Polyester, it is essential that you quote the complete sentence. Omitting the first three words rendered the sentence meaningless.

Note that a better title would have been 'to get rid of us' as that is the phrase you are asking about.
