At home, Jasmine tells Jack that she is going out now.
Jasmine: I am going out now.
Jack: Who do you go with?

Is "Who do you go with?" grammatically correct?

I would say 'Who are you going with?'.

Not a teacher.

I would say 'Who with?'

Very few people would say 'With whom?'

You would be able to use the original question when talking about a habitual action.

John: I go ten pin bowling every Tuesday night.
Jane: Who do you go with?
John: I usually go with my friend Tom and his sister Teresa, but sometimes I go on my own.
