"I have a foreign friend who is a chinese when we met on a trip"

Is it correct? We can use two relative pronoun in one sentece?

Would you accept I in the second part "..., whom I met ...," please?

Your sentence would be better as "I met my Chinese friend on a trip." The rest of the sentence is unnecessary.
