Who's the cuck now?

You should ask Sam Harris. I presume he knows.

Does "cuck" literally mean "cuckold"?

"cuck" is a shorthand for "cuckservative". It's not a common term. Certain people use it derogatively.

That's a new one on me.

It is only used in limited circles, but has been around for a while.

It's use is meant to be a slur. I can't say I've seen anybody use it in a positive manner. Jokingly self-applied as a way to mock those who use such a term, sure.

Neither have I. It is a slur. It can also be used as a verb as in "Who's cucking right now?"

I have only heard it recently.

UrbanDictionary has entries for it from 2015. It has moved from its original alt-right circles more recently.

Perhaps, but I doubt many people even know that it means.

I read liberal papers that occasionally update us on the vocabulary of Breitbart. ;-)
