Which one of this correct?

1) He will completely use up his leave entitlement on 5 April
2) He will be completely used up his leave entitlement on 5 April

Which one of these this is correct?

Sentence 1 is grammatical but unclear. (Why will he use up his leave entitlement on 5th April? Is he on leave till then?)
Sentence 2 isn't grammatical.

(You need a full stop at the end of both.)

Yes. He is on leave till 5 April.

I suggest:
He is on leave till 5th April and he will have used up his leave entitlement that day.
He is on leave till 5th April and he won't be entitled to any more leave [this year/this quarter].

On April 5th, he will have used up all his leave [for the year].
