Which should I say "will" or "would" before the game begins?

A draw will / would be a better result for Manchester City than would be for Liverpool.

Both are possible, though "would" is more likely especially as "would" is used later in the sentence. You don't need to repeat "would be" at the end but if you do, you need to add "it" before it, as shown above.
A draw would be a better result for Manchester City than [for] Liverpool.
You could also include "it" but omit "be".

Note my other corrections above. If you want to start a question with "Which", you need to change the word order and add some punctuation.
Which should I say before the game begins - "will" or "would"?

Don't put a space before or after a slash.
