Start your sentences with capital letters.

I don't understand your context so here's one of my own:

'Paint the ceiling only with the best quality paint'.

'Paint the ceiling with only the best quality paint.'

They are both correct. I prefer the second.

The first thing most people will assume in the first sentence is the meaning that is clear in the second.
However, you COULD read the first one to mean "paint only the ceiling [using] the best quality paint." -- whether you paint the rest of the room with average quality paint or you paint only the ceiling and nothing else is also not clear.

So I too prefer the second.

In general, put "only" as close to the thing it modifies as possible.
