I would like to know if it's grammatically correct to use "With" instead of "Have / has"

"I like Men with big legs."
"I like Men who have big legs."

Yes, they mean the same thing. Why do you capitalize "men"?

I find 'big legs' an unusual collocation for a native English-speaker to use.

Legs are usually proportionate to the rest of the body. Can't you find an adjective more descriptive of what you want men's legs to look like?

'Sturdy', 'muscular', fat, 'beefy', 'powerful' etc?

An internet search suggests to me that 'big legs' usually refers to muscular legs. It's not an expression I'd come across before.
