Can you please tell me which sentence is correct?

She can helps me later OR
She can help me later

I know to put a "s" after the "She" (she helps me) but when it has another letter in between (can, will etc...) I don't know if I need to put a "s" or not.

Thank You.

After a modal (not just a letter) use the bare infinitve: 'She can help me later'
