Do the both sentences convey the same meaning?

Game of thrones doesn't have perfectly planned storylines with everything neatly tied up.

Game of thrones doesn't have perfectly planned storylines which everything neatly tied up.

The second sentence is incorrect.

I don't understand why the second sentence is incorrect.

You could use "which" in something like:

"I didn't like the first few seasons of Game of Thrones. The storylines weren't perfectly planned. However, I loved the final series, which neatly tied everything up."

Try, "Game of Thrones doesn't have perfectly planned storylines within which everything is neatly tied up".
