Are the following sentences acceptable?

1. I am an Art Class student. We learn the western water color, sketch, the eastern ink, and wash painting in class, so I wonder about what the differences among the eastern ink, wash painting, and the western water color are.

2. We can differentiate from the eastern and the western in many aspects, such as the clothes, the custom, the food and so on.

I am an art student.
Learn (how) to do sth. but learn about sth. => We learn about western ...
Wonder what/who/ etc. but wonder about sth. => I wonder about the differences ...

Differentiate between two things. We can differentiate between A and B.
Differentiate something from something. We can differentiate A from B.

I rewrite the sentences as following.

1. I am an art student. We learn about the western water color, sketch, the eastern ink, and wash painting in class, so I wonder about the differences from them.
2. We can differentiate the eastern from the western in many aspects, such as the clothes, the custom, the food and so on.
