1. My car won't start or my car doesn't start.

2.My legs won't work or my legs doesn't work.

3.Why won't you go first or why don't you go first.
I am confused of which one to use. pls explain it grammatically.

Number 1 gives us a choice of two sentences. In either case your car won't start. Number two gives us a choice between a sentence that is grammatical and one that isn't. Number three gives us a choice between two sentences that are grammatical.

:)

Ron: How are things going, Jay?
Jay: I am having to take the bus to work. My car won't start.
