Words ending with "thed"

Hi

As a non-native speaker, it is very difficult for me (or us) to pronounce words that end something like this:

Unearthed
Bathed
Smoothed
Clothed

Would you say that these are a bit of a mouthful even for native speakers?

Yes, they're relatively hard. Especially the last three, all of which have a voiced 'th' sound before a final 'd' sound.

I guess they are a bit harder than some others, but that doesn't mean they are hard to pronounce. I suppose they are if you are not used to making those sounds.
