Here is a nonsense English word: to blorfundle, which can be transcribed as
/blɔ:(r) fʌn dəl/
. Where would you place stress in this word? In your
explanation, you may want to refer to the grammar of the word,
morphology and/or structure of the syllable (i.e. strong vs weak syllables)

Can somebody tell me what they would do in this case? I am not quite how I should solve this.
 
That looks like part of some assignment. I am afraid we can't help with those. Your teacher/trainer wants to know what you can do, not what we can do.
